Today another piece of graffiti was found on a bathroom wall in our school.  It again used the word bomb.  As a result, this afternoon we searched the campus and all after school and evening activities were cancelled. 

 

Tomorrow morning school will begin in the gym and students and staff will be searched as they enter.  We will open backpacks and ask that pockets be emptied.  The police were present this afternoon and will be present tomorrow morning.  Security will be maintained through the night.  We will begin the day with a meeting in the gym.  In order to lose as little class time as possible, plan to arrive at school no later than 7:15.  Buses will run on the their regular schedules and bus riders will arrive at their regular time. 

 

Tomorrow will be a regular school day and we expect regular attendance.  However, in order to maintain the safest possible environment, seniors will not be permitted to leave campus once they have arrived.  We will maintain security throughout the day.  As visitors arrive on campus, their bags will be checked.
